Dill Havarti

The Dill Havarti is a semi-soft cheese, creamy, slightly acidic with the lingering of dill that leaves a pleasant taste in the mouth.  It is ideal for slicing and serving on crackers,  on cold sandwiches, or melted on hot grilled sandwiches.
